FAQs

-
Do I have to sign a contract? No! We do not offer contracts and you may cancel your service at any time.
-
Are you licensed and insured? The state of Texas does not require a license to operate a home cleaning company. We do have a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy and will be happy to share more details on this upon booking, if requested.
-
Are the maids background checked?Yes! All of our maids are thoroughly screened and background checked during our hiring process. They also go through our training program with an experienced maid, where they are closely monitored, and must complete their training certification before they can start cleaning homes on their own.
-
How long will my service take?We do not have timed cleanings (besides our two hour trial cleaning service). The length of your cleaning will depend on the size and condition of your home, as well as the service option you choose (routine vs deep). We typically arrive at 9 am, but specific time requests can be made via email or phone call.
-
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major debit & credit cards. We cannot accept cash payments for service, however you can tip your maid with cash.
-
Do the maids work from a list?Yes, our maids work from a detailed checklist that will be left for you to inspect upon completion of your service. We also provide you with a detailed checklist at the time of booking, and each service checklist can be found on our website service page.
-
How should I prepare for my cleaning? We suggest that you lightly tidy and pick up items like toys, clothes, and other belongings from floors and counter tops to make your service more efficient. We also suggest putting away any sentimental, collectible, or high-value items to avoid any risk of damage.
-
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment? No. All of our maids come to your home prepared with natural cleaning supplies and sanitized equipment. All we ask you to provide is a toilet brush!
-
Do I need to be home at the time of my service? No! In fact most of our busy/working clients leave a door code or key for easy entry. However if you will be home at the time of your service, we kindly ask that you try to remain in an area of the home that can be cleaned last, so your cleaning is more efficient and runs smoothly.
-
What should I do with my pet during my service? We recommend securing your pets during the service, for the safety of your pet and our maids. Our pet policy, along with our other policies, will be emailed to you at the time of booking.
